After taking pictures from this vantage for years, this is unlike the thousands I have in my archives, for the strength of this bolt of lightning relieved a look into the storm and the position of each rain drop.
Each of my images is thoroughly reviewed at 200% enlargement to insure the highest quality standards possible, which you can see by using the full resolution enlargement tool by clicking on the green squares within this image.
Watermarks only appear on the images you see here, in order to protect my artwork and will not appear on the final prints.

Steve, Sometimes I really can feel a charge in the air, the night I captured this image of lightning was one of the strongest storms I have seen here. Lightning bolts like this put things in perspective for me, we (as individuals) are like a drop of rain in the face of nature.
